Residential Construction Management

Context Studios, LLC offers complete construction services and project oversight for select residential projects. Context partners with the Homeowner to navigate the design and construction of residential projects by adding to its traditional design services the flexibility to construct the project on a “Cost Plus Fee” basis.

A fully insured Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor, Context Studios, LLC has established a long term relationship with professionals in all aspects of construction that maintain a distinct level of Quality Assurance from start to finish. The “Cost Plus Fee” delivery method enables quality professional services at pricing usually reserved for contractors only.

Property  Management – Residential clients

Realizing there are continued needs by clients for ongoing or extra services, Context Studios, LLC now offers complete Property Management services for residential clients.

For residential design clients:

Clients who have partnered with Context Studios, LLC to design and construct their project receive included as the foundation for the Property Management model, is a traditional POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) in which Context Studios, LLC visits the project a certain amount of time after completion to determine how well materials and workmanship have withstood their initial “break in” period. For most, it is also the time that maintenance of installed HVAC or other systems requiring periodical servicing are automatically scheduled by Context Studios, LLC.

Context Studios, LLC also offers the additional property management services listed below for design clients who elect to engage Context for automatic scheduling of maintenance services or that need some help around the house.

For all other residential clients:
